Hardox, High-Chrome or Chrome Moly cast inserts are used based on the operating conditions diagnosed by our engineering and technology staff.
Before pouring the steel inserts in the molds for the hybrid liners, a filling simulation is carried out to eliminate casting defects. Every insert used in production is 100% verified in chemical composition, dimensions and hardness. Also, snapshots of the microstructure of each of the cast parts are taken and kept for evidence.
